Initial contact to make the appointment, confirmation text, update that tradesman was running a little late right through to tradie arriving and completing job and leaving we’re all handled professionally. Communication throughout was excellent and the tradie was friendly, hardworking and professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So, 5pm on a Friday night our pump fails, I phoned Aptus who installed the pump. 45 mins later Tim the Kiwi arrived. What a great guy, he tried everything to get it going, it didn’t work. So at 7.30 pm he left went to Bunnings bought a cheap pump to get us through the weekend, cam back at 8.45 pm fitted it. This is just to get us through the weekend as we aren’t on town water. Are they cheapest? Probably not, I have no idea. What I do know their customer service is awesome.

Have used Aptus for stormwater drain relocation, electric hot water system installation, gutter cleaning at my house in Stafford Heights. .They are always on time and do a top job. If I need follow up on anything they are always there to help. Definitely recommend. Great work and great people.

Great customer service, Great and reasonable price to reposition my gas bottles. Had a great experience from start to finish. From dealing with Suea, Mick and the technician Paul. All was lovely to deal with.

I’m just a tenant at a rental property however I had Mitch come for 2 days to undertake some repair works! He was the most helpful, reliable and respectful person I have ever come to my house to do repairs. He was accommodating when turning the water off as I have a 10 month old. He always gave me notice of certain things and check in with me when there was going to be loud noises etc! The man deserves a pay rise!! And his workmanship!!! Is top notch!! Look at how clean his lines are with the pipes!! Absolutely incredible!!

Great service from first call with same day repair of our hot water system. Explained everything and repaired quickly so we had hot water again that night. Reasonable price too. Much appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Had Aptus Plumbing & Gas out promptly to fix a gas leak. They arrived on time and were professional, friendly and trustworthy throughout. They liaised with me on the scope, inspected the natural gas installation, identified the leak at the meter tail union joint, re-tightened it and tested the entire system—no further leaks. They commissioned the works and explained everything clearly. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
